TPC Construction is a home builder in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Our home sites (lots) are available in Arlington Heights, Palatine and Inverness; however, we are not restricted to build only on our company-owned sites. Our construction practices, technologies, and resources all conform to local building authority regulations and codes of practice based on the city/town we are building. Typical materials used include brick, stone, and hardy board. The cost of our homes are priced using a per square foot basis and can vary dramatically based on site conditions, local regulations, economies of scale and the availability of skilled tradespeople.
